You can raise any grievances or report discrepancies until 04:00 PM on November 12, 2025, through the counselling portal using your candidate login. You must check your name and details carefully to ensure accuracy before the final merit list is prepared.
As per official notice, the online grievance submission for AP NEET PG counselling 2025 merit list was initially open until 04:00 PM on November 10, 2025. Due to data centre migration by M/s APTOnline Limited on November 08 and 09, 2025, the online services were temporarily unavailable. The grievance submission facility resumed on November 10, 2025, and the deadline has been extended till 04:00 PM on November 12, 2025, to accommodate the downtime.
