NCHMCT JEE (National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination) is the national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency for admission to the B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration program offered by NCHMCT-affiliated institutes. NCHMCT JEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

NCHMCT JEE Eligibility Criteria for 2026, is presented below:

Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with English as a core subject.
Students appearing for their 10+2 exam in 2026 can apply provisionally, but they must provide official proof of passing by September 30, 2026.
Qualifying examinations include the 10+2 pattern from recognized boards (CBSE, CISCE, State Boards), Intermediate, GCE 'A' level, and Senior Secondary from NIOS or State Open Schools (with English). H.S.C. Vocational Examinations are also accepted.
There is no upper age restriction for candidates.
All qualified candidates are required to submit a Physical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner at the time of admission. Admission will be cancelled if a candidate is later found ineligible upon document verification.

- Signature: JPG format, 4kb-30kb.
Category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) and PwD certificates (PDF format, 50kb-300kb).
Bank details for fee payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).
City choices for the exam center.

Step-by-Step Application Process

Follow these sequential steps to complete your NCHMCT JEE 2026 application:

Visit the official NTA NCHMCT JEE website and click on the "NCHMCT Registration" or "Apply for NCHMCT JEE 2026"
Fill in the required details, including your name, email ID, and mobile number.
Submit the details to complete the registration. You will receive a system-generated Application Number (User ID) and password via the registered email and SMS. Note this number down.
Re-login to the official website using your Application Number and password/credentials.
Fill in the detailed application form, providing your personal details, qualification details and preferred exam city choices.
Ensure all details, including category and PwD status, are accurate, as these cannot be changed
Upload the scanned copies of your photograph and signature according to the specified file size and format and the required PwD and Category certificates (if applicable).
Proceed to the payment section to pay the fee.
Upon successful fee transaction, a Confirmation Page will be generated.
Download and print a copy of this Confirmation Page. If the Confirmation Page is not generated, the transaction is considered cancelled, and you must make another payment.
