  • Option 1: This process is referred to as a 'free exit'. If you fail to report to the allotted institute within the specified time after the first round of NEET PG 2025 counselling, your seat will be automatically cancelled.
  • Option 2: If you're happy with the seat assigned in Round 1, make sure to visit the allotted college on time to confirm your admission.
  • Option 3: If you're not content with the seat allotted in round one, you may choose to upgrade and take part in the next round of NEET PG counselling 2025. In case your seat isn't upgraded in round two, the original allotment from round one will remain valid.
