NEET PG Counselling 2025: Choice Filling
In the choice filling round of NEET PG counselling 2025, you have to select your preferred courses and colleges from the list available on the MCC portal. The list of available choices will appear on the left side of the screen, and once selected, they'll move to the right. You can add or delete options at any point during the process.

With the discontinuation of DNB-CET, admission to post-MBBS DNB broad speciality programs is now determined by a candidate's NEET PG score. The National Board of Examinations (NBE) conducts the counselling process, and candidates must register on its official website to participate.
NEET PG 2025 Counselling Rounds
Once the first-round NEET PG seat allotment results are announced, you'll need to select an option based on your admission status. This choice will indicate whether you wish to continue in the next round of counselling.
Round 1 of NEET PG Counselling

Round 2 of NEET PG Counselling
The second round of NEET PG counselling 2025 follows the same steps as round one. New applicants must register and pay the fee, while previously registered candidates can skip re-registration. Still, every participant must make choices, even if they did so earlier.
These are the conditions to participate in the second round of NEET PG counselling:
- If you weren't allotted a seat in round one of NEET PG 2025, you're still eligible for Round 2 counselling.
- The seat allotted in round one was revoked during the physical document verification process.
- If you're looking to upgrade the seat allotted in NEET PG 2025 round one, you can take part in the following round of counselling.
- If you chose the free exit option or skipped round one of NEET PG 2025 counselling.
Round 3 of NEET PG Counselling
NEET PG 2025 Round 3 covers seat allotment for deemed universities, central institutions, and ESIC medical colleges. If you exited round one or two by not reporting to your allotted college, you'll need to register again for round three.
However, if you weren't allotted a seat in either of the first two rounds, no re-registration is required. You'll automatically be considered registered for this round. All candidates must submit fresh preferences for colleges and courses during this round to be eligible for seat allotment. The mop-up round results will be announced on the official NEET PG website once the process is complete.
