RRB Group D Exam 2025 City Slip Out; Check Revised Exam Schedule and Direct Link
The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have issued a notice (CEN 08/2024) detailing the revised tentative schedule and relevant links for the Computer Based Test (CBT) for Level 1 posts of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix. The revised CBT is scheduled to take place from November 27, 2025, to January 16, 2026.
The link for to view the City & Date for the RRB Group D 2025 Exam and download the Travel Authority for SC/ST candidates is active from November 19, 2025, on the official RRB websites. SMS and email notifications are being sent to candidates whose City Intimation Slips have been activated. The E-Call letters will be available for download starting four days before the individual candidate's exam date as mentioned in the City Intimation Link.
Those who need to retrieve their application registration number or reset their password can do so via www.rrbapply.gov.in, and for any queries, a helpdesk is available at +91 9513631887 (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). RRB strongly advised to refer only to official RRB websites for authentic updates and to beware of touts, as selection is strictly based on the merit achieved in the CBT. RRB Group D admit cards will be released by November 23, 2025.

You must bring their Aadhaar card to the Group D examination center, as it is mandatory for biometric verification. If you have not yet completed your Aadhaar verification, you can do so by logging onto the official website, rrbapply.gov.in. Additionally, candidates who have already authenticated their Aadhaar must ensure that it is unlocked in the UIDAI system before the exam day. The CBT itself will be conducted for a duration of 90 minutes and will comprise a total of 100 questions. For the marking scheme, candidates will receive one mark for every correct answer and a one-third (1/3) mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.
To proceed to the document verification stage of the RRB Group D selection process, candidates who clear the CBT must pass the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The PET involves two mandatory physical tasks. Both male and female candidates must successfully complete these tasks to qualify. The specific physical standards are given below:

Over 1.08 crore candidates waited for clarity, and the timeline now offers a clear picture of the recruitment process. The RRBs initially updated the process in August with a tentative Computer-Based Test (CBT) schedule set between November 17 and the end of December 2025. However, the exam preparations were halted due to a legal challenge concerning the eligibility criteria, which was initially filed in the Delhi High Court and subsequently transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). After all these RRB finally set the final date for Group D which is officially to be held between November 27 to December 16, 2025.
