CUET (Common University Entrance Test) UG is a national-level entrance exam conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency) for admission to 280 universities across India, including undergraduate programs in 46 central universities, 41 state universities, 30 deemed universities, and 163 private universities.

The application fees for up to 3 subjects for CUET undergraduate students are INR1000 for the general category, INR 800 for SC, ST, and PWD categories, and INR 4500 for other international candidates.
CUET UG exam is conducted in computer-based test mode with a uniform duration of 60 minutes. The total marks for the CUET exam for UG students are 250. Each question carries a negative marking of -1 for incorrect answers, and points will be deducted for unattempt questions. The exam is available in 13 languages: English, Bengali, Hindi, Assamese, Kannada, Marathi, Odia, Malayalam, Punjabi, Telugu, Urdu, and Gujarati.
