VITEEE: About Exam

VITEEE 2025 registration process started on November 4, 2024. You can register through the official website until March 31, 2025, by paying a registration fee of INR 1350. The examination is scheduled for April 21, 2025 to April 27, 2025. The exam authority will release the admit card tentatively in April and the results will be announced on April 30, 2025. After the results are out, the counselling process is expected to start in May.

VITEEE is an engineering entrance examination conducted specifically for B.Tech admission to VIT campuses (1 main campus and 4 other campuses). VITEEE 2025 will be conducted in a computer-based test mode with 125 MCQs. It will cover subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology, Aptitude, and English. The exam will last for 2 hours 30 minutes. There will be no negative marking for guessing answers and each correct answer will award you 1 mark.

VITEEE 2025 Registration Process

VITEEE 2025 application form was released on November 4, 2024, and the registration process will continue till March 31, 2025. Have a look at the following steps to understand the registration process:

Step 1: Visit the official website for VITEEE 2025 registration at viteee.vit.ac.in.

Step 2: On the upper right side of the screen, the registration form will appear. Fill out the details like applicant’s name, date of birth, gender, residential status, mobile number and e-mail address.

Step 3: Enter the verification code and click the tick box below. Now, click on register to complete the registration process.

Step 4: Again, visit the home page and click on “login” in the registration form and enter your registered credentials and click on log in to get the application form.

Step 5: Once the application form appears on the screen, fill out all the required details.

Step 6: Pay the application fee of INR 1350 through the available payment method.

Step 7: Upload the scanned image of your photograph and signature.

Step 8: Submit the application form and download it for future references.

VITEEE 2025 Cutoff (Expected)

VITEEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Indian, NRI and foreign students can apply for the VITEEE 2025. Here are the detailed eligibility criteria to register for the exam:

Nationality: Candidates must be a resident / non-resident Indian national / OCI / PIO Holder to apply for VITEEE 2025. There are separate application forms for the NRI and other foreign applicants, which will be available on the official website shortly.

Age Limit: Candidates must be born on or after July 1, 2003. There is no upper age limit for VITEEE 2025.

Qualifying Examinations: Applicants must either completed or shall be appearing in 2025 in any of the following examinations:

• Candidates must pass their 10+2 with at least 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology (50% for SC, ST category and applicants from Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and north-eastern states) from any recognized state or central board or equivalent exam accepted by VIT. English is mandatory in the 10+2 curriculum.
• Applicants who have completed the Class 12th or equivalent examination outside India must produce an equivalence certificate to the effect that the examination they have passed is equivalent to the Class 12 Examination with grade/CGPA converted to percentage.
• Candidates who appeared for the Intermediate or two-year pre-university examination conducted by a recognized board or university are eligible.
• Candidates who hold a General Certificate Examination (London / Cambridge / Sri Lanka) at the advanced level.
• Candidates having a High School Certificate Examination from Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma from the International Baccalaureate Office (Geneva) are eligible.
• Candidates who appeared for the Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of 5 subjects as recognized by the central board are eligible.
• In case VITEEE 2025 gets cancelled due to natural calamities or causes beyond the control of the institute, qualifying criteria may be substituted with higher secondary marks. Applicants shall be informed accordingly.

Step 1: Visit the VITEEE Online Test Booking System (OTBS) portal.

Step 2: Enter your registered application number and password.

Step 3: Click on the "VITEEE Admit Card Download" link.

Step 4: Review all the details mentioned on the admit card.

Step 5: Download and save the admit card for future reference.

On the exam day, you must bring your VITEEE 2025 admit card and a valid photo ID proof, such as your passport, PAN card, Aadhaar card, or driver's license. You will need to show it to the invigilator at the exam center.

VITEEE 2025 Mock Test

The official VITEEE 2025 mock test will be available on the VITEEE website. You can access the tests directly through the VITEEE Online Test Booking System portal. The exam authority does not charge any fee for these mock tests. The mock tests will be a replica of the actual exam. Hence, you will get an understanding of the examination by attempting these tests.

VITEEE 2025 Result

The VITEEE 2025 result is expected to be announced on April 30, 2025. Once the result is announced, you need to visit the official website to access your result. No other mode will be used to release the VITEEE result 2025.
