The National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) for various MBA and PGDM programs. Following exams like CAT and XAT, the CMAT is the third most popular MBA entrance exam in India. Almost 1,300 government and private B-schools in India accept the CMAT score. The question paper mainly covers questions from Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and Verbal Ability, General Awareness, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Common Management Admission Test is a national - level management aptitude entrance exam for the aspiring students who are seeking admission in  various management courses like MBA, PGDM and others offered by various Managements colleges approved by AICTE across India. 

About Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 

The official authorities of CMAT examination - https://cmat.nta.nic.in/ have released the CMAT exam pattern 2024. Aspiring students who are planning to appear for the exam, must clearly have the detailed ideas on the exam pattern. There will be a total of 5 sections in the question paper, each section of the exam will consist of 20 multiple-choice questions. The CMAT 2024 exam paper will consist of 100 questions, worth 400 marks. The CMAT 2024 exam format states that for each right answer students will be awarded four marks and for each incorrect answer one mark will be deducted. The medium of the exam is English and will be conducted in a computer based test.

Marking Process of CMAT Exam

• Four marks, for each correct question.
•  -1 mark, for each incorrect question.
• No answer no Marks.

CMAT Exam 2024 (Tentative)  

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon public the dates of CMAT entrance examination on cmat.nta.nic.in, the official website. It is expected that the application form will be released in the second week of February 2024. Here is the other tentative dates of CMAT examination -
