The JEE Main 2025 season 1 exam is scheduled for January 22 to 31, 2025. The JEE Main 2025 season 2 will be held from April 1 to 8, 2025. You can apply for the JEE Main season 1 at jeemain.nta.nic.in by paying the application fees of INR 1000 for male (UR/OBC).
JEE Main is conducted by NTA for the admission to the undergraduate courses at NITs, IIITs, and other CFTIs. To apply for JEE Main, you should have completed your class 12 exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. You can appear for JEE Main three consecutive years from the year of passing class 12.
The JEE Main 2025 exam pattern has changed. Previously, Section B contained 10 questions, where you have to answer only 5. According to the new exam pattern, section B of the exam will now have only five questions for every subject.

JEE Main season 1 registration has already started, and the last date of registration is November 22, 2024. To apply for JEE Main 2025 January session, you have to follow the steps below:
Step 1: Visit at jeemain.nta.nic.in and select the “JEE(Main) 2025 Session-1 Registration” link.
Step 2: The application form will be already selected and provide the CAPTCHA and click on “New Registration”.
Step 3: Check the box to agree with the terms and conditions and select “Click here to Proceed”.
Step 4: Provide all the details as per class 10th and select the “Submit” button.
Step 5: Login to your account and fill up the application form with personal details.
Step 6: Upload your scanned photograph (coloured), signature, class x, or equivalent certificate/mark sheet.
Step 7: You must pay for the JEE Main 2025 application fees. You can only make the payment through online mode using net banking, credit card, debit card, and UPI.
After successful payment, you will be able to print the confirmation page. In case, the confirmation page is not generated, and the transaction is cancelled, then you should approach the concerned bank for a refund. In case the confirmation page is not general, then you must make another payment.
These are the eligibility criteria and qualifications required to appear for JEE Main 2025:
There is no upper age limit to appear for the JEE Main 2025. You must have completed your class XII or equivalent in 2023, 2024 or appearing in 2025. However, you may have to fulfil the age limit criteria of the institute to which you are desirous of taking admission.

The NTA will release the provisional answer key on their official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in. You can challenge the provisional answer keys with a non-refundable online payment of INR 200 per question. The JEE Main provisional answer key will be displayed for two to three days.
