VITEEE 2025 exam will be held in an online mode as a Computer-Based Test (CBT). The exam will have 125 multiple choice questions from Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, English and Aptitude. The duration of VITEEE exam is 2 hours 30 minutes. The medium of the exam is English. Candidates should keep in mind that in VITEEE 2025 exam, each question will carry 1 mark and there will be no negative marking for wrong answers or unanswered questions.
It is to be noted that candidates opting for MPCEA stream (Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry / English / Aptitude) are eligible for all B.Tech. degree programs at VIT. On the other hand, candidates opting for BPCEA stream (Biology / Physics / Chemistry / English / Aptitude) are eligible only for the following B.Tech. Bio-stream Degree Programmes: Bioengineering at VIT Bhopal, Biotechnology at VIT Vellore, CSE with specialization in Bioinformatics at VIT Vellore and ECE with specialization in Biomedical Engineering Programme at VIT Vellore.

Ans: There is no need to worry about negative marking in VITEEE exam. Unlike some other competitive exams, VITEEE does not follow negative marking. Each question carries 1 mark, and +1 mark is given for each correct answer. No marks are deducted for any wrong answer selected by the candidates.
