BITS Pilani has announced the BITSAT 2026 exam schedule. session 1 already concluded on April 15 to 16, 2026, and the session 2 was from May 25 to 27, 2026.
The application process for the session 1 was started on December 15, 2025, and remain open until March 19, 2026. Registration for the session 2 began on April 20, 2026, and closed on May 5, 2026. The application fee for male candidates is INR 3600 for the first session and INR 5600 for both sessions. For female or transgender candidates, the fee is INR 3100 for the first session and INR 4600 for both sessions. For the Dubai center, the fee is INR 7250 for the first session only and INR 9250 for both sessions.
The BITSAT 2026 exam will be conducted in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format. The question paper will consist of 130 multiple-choice questions, which you need to complete within 3 hours. You will receive +3 marks for each correct answer, and -1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. The syllabus is divided into four sections: Physics, Chemistry, English Proficiency & Logical Reasoning, and Mathematics/Biology.

What Is the BITSAT 2026 Counselling Process?
BITSAT 2026 counselling process involves various steps:
- Step 1: Online Registration: You must complete the online registration first at the official website of BITSAT. In the registration form, you have to provide your name, phone number, address, etc.
- Step 2: Submission of Class 12th Marks: Provide your subject wise marks obtained in Class 12th examination. If you are waiting for the result, then you have to download the application form for counselling and send it to the authorities following the result announcement date.
- Step 3: Choice Filling: The next step is the choice filling, where you have to select your preferred college along with the course.
