BIMTECH Admission Offer and Fee Submission
- The final selection list is prepared considering the candidates' past academic performance, entrance test scores (CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT), personal interview, work experience (If applicable) and other parameters as per the weightages table.
- The admission offer will be determined by a composite score obtained after a thorough assessment during the selection process.
- The student dashboard will announce the results, which will be notified via email.
- Candidates are required to check the dashboard regularly.
- To apply online, applicants must provide their complete postal address, an active email ID, and a mobile number.
- The first instalment of the fee must be deposited by the last date mentioned in the offer letter, and subsequent instalments as per the institute's instructions.

NOTE: The sponsoring company must have a minimum annual turnover of INR 10 crore, as per the latest financial statements, and must submit an audited copy of the Balance Sheet/Profit & Loss Account from 2023-24, otherwise, the first fee installment will not be accepted.
NRI sponsored Category
- Candidates are required to submit a Sponsoring NRI's sponsorship letter and upload it on the website.
- A passport copy and visa or NRI status evidence must be attested by a qualified notary, Indian mission/consulate, Indian Chamber of Commerce, or consulate/mission/embassy of the concerned country in India.
- The sponsor must provide proof of income, with a minimum annual income of USD 50,000.
NRI Category

Supernumerary Seats (Applicable for PGDM Program Only)

Ans. BIMTECH Greater Noida offers admission to three main categories.

Ans. The AICTE guidelines stipulate that if an applicant withdraws before the program starts, waitlisted candidates will be admitted to the vacant seat. The entire fee collected, after a deduction of INR 1000/-, will be refunded and returned to the student who is withdrawing. If the student leaves the program after the course begins, only the refundable component will be returned.

• The Institute reserves the right to cancel admissions and fees for students who provide false or suppressed information.
• The application fees once paid are not refundable.
• The Institute is not liable for any delays in the receipt and delivery of any communication between the Institute and the applicant.
• The legal jurisdiction for all disputes lies in District Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• Provisional admissions for students who have not declared their graduation results are due by 31st October 2025. Failure to submit the marks sheet will result in the student ceasing enrollment and refunding the general security deposit.
• Candidates who fail to achieve 50% aggregate marks in their graduation exam after admission will withdraw from the program, and no fee, except for the general security deposit, will be refunded.
• Candidates must adhere to all Institute rules and regulations, as violations may result in penalties or expulsion from the Institute.
• BIMTECH Program requires students to reside in the Institute's hostel for a full two years, without any exceptions.
