Narsee Monjee Management Aptitude Test (NMAT) by GMAC is a national level entrance examination for MBA admissions at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies University and other reputed national and international  B - Schools. Candidates can choose their exam day and location as per their preference. It is more like GMAT but not completely. The Three main areas of the NMAT by GMAC are :

  • Language Skills
  • Quantitative Skills
  • Logical Reasoning

Full Name - Narsee Monjee Management Aptitude Test. 

Conducted By - Narsee Monjee Management Aptitude Test is conducted by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). 

Highlights -

Narsee Monjee Management Aptitude Test is a national - level management aptitude entrance exam for the aspiring students who are seeking admission in  various post graduation management courses like MBA and PGDM offered by Managements colleges like NMIMS university and other top Business Schools across India and 4 other countries abroad.

 

About Narsee Monjee Management Aptitude Test (NMAT)  -

Computer - Based Test (CBT) and Internet - Based Test (IBT) - These are the two exam modes of NMAT entrance examination. Candidates who prefer Internet - Based Test (IBT) mode are able to appear for the test from home. The exam duration is two hours and has a total 108 multiple-choice questions. The question paper will be based on three sections: Logical reasoning, Quantitative skills and Language skills. Three marks will be awarded for each correct answer and there is no negative marking. Applicants must follow all the details of the exam pattern on the official site before appearing for the exam.

NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS : 3 Times (Including First attempt, Retakes, No shows)

AGE : No Bar

FREQUENCY :  Once a Year

  • Quantitative Skills - 52 Minutes.
  • Logical Reasoning - 40 Minutes.
  • Language Skills - 28 Minutes.

 

TOTAL MARKS - 324 Marks

TYPES OF QUESTIONS - Multiple Choice Questions.

ADMISSION PROCESS - NMAT+ GD - PI.

 

Marking Process -

  •  3 Marks consists for each correct answer.
  •  No Negative Marking.
