The Directorate General of Medical Education (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, has started the registration for UP NEET UG 2025 stray vacancy round on November 11, 2025, till November 14, 2025. This is the final opportunity for you to secure admission to MBBS and BDS courses in government and private medical and dental colleges across the state. You can apply through the official portal at upneet.gov.in by completing the registration and paying a non-refundable fee of INR 2,000.

UP NEET UG 2025 stray vacancy round merit list is expected to be released on November 14, 2025, for seat allocation. The seat allotment result of stray vacancy round will be declared on November 17, 2025. The result will be available in PDF format. You can download it from the official website, upneet.gov.in, by entering your application number, roll number, and other required details.
UP NEET UG 2025 stray vacancy round is only for those who did not get a seat in earlier counselling rounds. Candidates already admitted through All India Quota, other states’ counselling, or BDS seats (unless switching to MBBS), or those who did not report, resigned, or withdrew earlier, are not eligible to participate in this round.
If you registered earlier but were unallotted in previous rounds, you do not need to pay the security deposit again. First-time applicants must submit it based on the seat type. INR 30,000 for government seats, INR 2 lakh for private MBBS, and INR 1 lakh for private BDS seats. During registration, you must upload the necessary documents, including class 10 and 12 marksheets, and category or domicile certificates if applicable.

UP NEET UG 2025 Stray Vacancy Round Registration Process
To register for stray vacancy round of UP NEET UG 2025 counselling, follow these steps listed below:
- Step 1: Visit upneet.gov.in.
- Step 2: For first-time applicants, click on “New Registration for NEET UG 2025” and enter your NEET roll number, application number, date of birth, and other details to generate your user ID and password. Existing candidates without a seat can log in using their credentials.
- Step 3: Fill in the online application form with personal, academic, and contact details.
- Step 4: Pay the non-refundable registration fee online via credit, debit card or net banking. First-time applicants must also pay a refundable security deposit based on the type of college.
- Step 5: Upload scanned copies of all required documents, including photograph and signature, as mentioned on the portal.
- Step 6: After the merit list is released, log in to fill and lock your preferred colleges and courses in order of priority before the deadline.
- Step 7: Print the confirmation slip and locked choices for future reference.

After seat allotment, you must carry the following documents for verification of UP NEET 2025 counselling. Failing to submit any of these may lead to forfeiture of the allotted seat:
- NEET 2025 admit card
- NEET 2025 rank card
- Class 10 marksheet
- Class 12 marksheet
- Valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar card, Passport, Driving License, or PAN card)
- Uttar Pradesh domicile certificate
- Category certificate (If applicable)
- Online registration slip
- Receipt of security deposit payment
