The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) manages the centralized counselling process for NEET UG candidates seeking admission into MBBS, BDS, and other undergraduate medical programs. This allotment process covers the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats across government medical and dental colleges nationwide

The state counselling authorities have initiated the admission process for the remaining 85% state quota medical seats for NEET UG Counselling 2026. Several states including Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat have already opened registrations, published merit lists, or started choice-filling facilities on their respective Directorates of Medical Education (DME) portals.

Eligible candidates who have qualified for NEET UG 2026 can participate in the ongoing counselling rounds by registering on the official MCC website or their respective state DMEs. Monitor updates regarding detailed schedules, registration deadlines, seat matrix releases, choice filling, and seat allotment results to complete your admission steps on time.

UP NEET PG 2025 counselling will be conducted in four rounds, allocating 85% state quota seats based on choices, NEET scores, and reservations. The remaining 15% All India Quota seats will be managed by MCC.

UP NEET PG 2025 counselling dates have been officially released on the state’s exam portal, upneet.gov.in. You can begin round 1 registration process from November 06, 2025. To participate in the seat allocation, you must register online and submit your preferred choices of colleges and courses. The deadline for application submission is October 10, 2025. If you have qualified NEET PG 2025 exam and meet the minimum cutoff criteria, you are eligible to take part in Uttar Pradesh NEET PG counselling process.
