IIM Calcutta is a premier management institute in India, established in 1961. IIM Calcutta admission process includes two steps. First, IIM Calcutta releases a shortlist based on the CAT score. In the next step, candidates are invited for a Personal Interview (PI) conducted online, and the Group Discussion (GD) is no longer part of the process. The final selection for the MBA program takes into account the overall performance in the CAT, Personal Interview, academic record, work experience, gender diversity, and Written Ability Test (WAT).
