NTA moves Easter Sunday slots! After re-aligning JEE Main 2026 Session 2 shifts to respect holidays and exams, revised admit cards are now live.
Following the NTA's official notice on April 1, 2026, candidates who requested a reschedule due to the Easter Sunday clash have been successfully moved to new slots. To confirm these changes, students must download their revised admit cards from the official JEE Main website, which reflect the updated dates and shifts following the March 28 deadline. This adjustment is part of a broader series of NTA modifications, including shifting Middle East examination centres due to regional conflicts and coordinating with the CBSE to resolve overlaps with Class XII Board exams.
While the overall examination window of April 2 to April 8, 2026, remains active, the April 5 slots for JEE Main 2026 have been specifically adjusted for those who sought changes. This proactive approach mirrors the strategy used during Session 1 in January, where candidates in West Bengal were rescheduled from January 23 to other dates within the January 21–29 window to accommodate Saraswati Puja. These measures ensure that national entrance examinations do not conflict with significant cultural or academic milestones.
