BITS Pilani has officially declared the BITSAT 2026 Iteration 8 results for candidates seeking admission to its first-degree programmes across the Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad campuses.

BITSAT 2026 Iteration 8 Results are out. Applicants who participated in this counseling round can now access the on the official portal to check their allotment status. The seat allocation process for Iteration 8 was conducted based on candidate merit, choice-filling preferences, and seat availability following previous iterations.
Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Iteration 8 must complete their fee payment by August 25 (5:00 PM) confirming their admission offer. Following successful fee submission, all newly allotted students are required to report physically to their designated campus on August 26. BITS Pilani has emphasized that candidates who fail to meet the fee payment deadline or do not report to the campus on time will forfeit their allotted seat, and their admission claim will be cancelled.
The admitted students should carefully follow all post-allotment guidelines issued by the institute and the applicants who did not receive an allotment in Iteration 8, BITS Pilani will retain them on the active waitlist for potential subsequent rounds, depending on any vacant seats after the reporting deadline.
How to Check BITSAT 2026 Iteration 8 Results and Complete Fee Payment?
To view your BITSAT 2026 Iteration 8 seat allotment status and complete your fee payment before the deadline, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Go to the official BITS admission portal at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in.
- Step 2: Click on the link for "BITSAT 2026 Iteration 8 Results" on the home page.
- Step 3: Enter your Application Number and Password (or registered credentials) to sign in.
- Step 4: View your seat allotment status and download the offer letter if a seat has been assigned to you.
- Step 5: Click on the online payment link within the portal and pay the balance fee via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.
- Step 6: Download and print the fee payment receipt and final allotment letter for physical reporting.
Essential Documents for BITSAT 2026 Reporting
Candidates reporting to their allotted BITS campus must carry both original certificates and self-attested photocopies for verification:
- Class 12th Certificate & Marksheet: Original qualifying marks Statement is necessary for eligibility verification..
- Admission Fee Payment Receipt: Valid proof of the balance fee payment completed on or before the August 25 deadline.
- BITSAT Offer & Allotment Letter: Signed copy of the official seat allotment letter downloaded from the admissions portal.
- Class 10th Certificate & Marksheet: Required as proof of date of birth and candidate credentials.
- Transfer / Migration Certificate: Original leaving or migration certificate issued by the previous board/school.
- Medical Fitness Certificate: Original certificate signed by a registered medical practitioner in the prescribed format.
- Photo Identity Proof & Photographs: Original Aadhaar card/Government ID and recent passport-sized pictures.
BITSAT 2026 Seat Withdrawal & Refund Policy
You can request an official seat cancellation and fee refund directly through the online BITS Pilani admissions portal. The institute processes all refunds in accordance with its established deduction schedule based on when the withdrawal application is submitted. Update your bank details in your applicant login profile to have a smooth refund.
UP NEET PG 2025 counselling will be conducted in four rounds, allocating 85% state quota seats based on choices, NEET scores, and reservations. The remaining 15% All India Quota seats will be managed by MCC.
UP NEET PG 2025 counselling dates have been officially released on the state’s exam portal, upneet.gov.in. You can begin round 1 registration process from November 06, 2025. To participate in the seat allocation, you must register online and submit your preferred choices of colleges and courses. The deadline for application submission is October 10, 2025. If you have qualified NEET PG 2025 exam and meet the minimum cutoff criteria, you are eligible to take part in Uttar Pradesh NEET PG counselling process.

New Rules for JEE Main 2026 Exam Centre Selection
Candidates can select up to four exam cities based on preference.
New rule: Cities must be from your Permanent or Present Address state.
NTA will allot the nearest available centres based on Permanent Address.
