NEET PG 2025 Supreme Court hearing on the transparency petition is scheduled for September 12, 2025. The plea, filed by medical aspirants, seeks the release of the full NEET PG 2025 question paper instead of just question IDs. As per media reports, the matter of NEET PG will be heard by the designated SC bench this Friday.

Medical aspirants and advocacy groups have filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding the release of NEET PG 2025 question paper to ensure transparency in the exam process. The plea highlights concern over the non-disclosure of complete question papers and answer keys, along with alleged discrepancies in the scores issued by NBEMS.

NEET PG 2025 Answer Key Released for First Time

NBEMS released NEET PG 2025 answer key for the first time this year. However, soon after its release, many students raised concerns, calling the answer key "ambiguous" and difficult to understand. They approached the Supreme Court, demanding more transparency in the exam process. The case was later transferred to a bench led by Justice Pardiwala, who directed NBE to ensure greater transparency.

The petitioners pointed out that NBEMS released only question IDs rather than the full NEET PG 2025 question paper, making it difficult for candidates to assess the accuracy of the answers. They argued that the current format of NEET PG 2025 answer key lacks clarity, raising concerns about the transparency and fairness of the evaluation process.

The petitioner further contended that publishing only question IDs, instead of the actual questions, defeats the purpose of releasing the answer key. This lack of transparency violates Articles 14 and 21 of the Indian Constitution, which safeguard equality before the law and the right to fair treatment, thereby undermining the integrity of the examination process.

Amid ongoing legal proceedings, concerns are rising within the medical community over a possible delay in NEET PG 2025 counselling process. The pending petition has created uncertainty among aspirants. However, MCC is expected to release the official counselling dates and schedule soon on its website mcc.nic.in.
