The registration window for BITSAT 2026 Session 2 is active. Complete the online applications and submit the required fees until May 5, 2026 (5:00 PM).This period is the final opportunity for students to register for BITSAT in 2026.
BITSAT 2026 is a premier national-level entrance examination conducted by BITS Pilani for admission into undergraduate degrees such as B.E., B.Pharm, and Integrated M.Sc. programs across its campuses in Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad. For the current academic year, the Session 2 exam is scheduled to take place from May 24 to May 26, 2026. This computer-based test evaluates candidates on their proficiency in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (or Biology), English, and Logical Reasoning.
Renowned for its strictly merit-based selection process, BITSAT attracts approximately 1.5 lakh applicants annually. Its prestige is reflected in recent surveys, where over half of the participants ranked BITS Pilani as their top choice outside of the IIT/NIT system. This year brings significant updates, including revised eligibility rules regarding Class 12 improvement exams and the introduction of a tuition-blind admission policy, which grants full four-year scholarships to the top 500 BITSAT rank holders. Additionally, the institute continues its tradition of offering direct admission to board toppers, solidifying its status as a primary destination for India's top engineering and science aspirants.
BITSAT 2026 Session 2 Registration Process
You must complete the process through the official portal: admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in.
- Step 1: If you did not apply for Session 1, click on "New Registration" to generate your 8-digit Application Number and password.
- Step 2: Existing candidates (from Session 1) should log in using their current credentials to opt for Session 2.
- Step 3: Enter your personal, contact, and academic information. You will also need to select your Test City Preferences.
- Step 4: Upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature according to the official specifications.
- Step 5: Complete the payment using online methods (Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI).
- Step 6: Download and print the "Confirmation Page" for your records.
