Apply by October 12 for IIT JAM 2026 on the JOAPS portal starting today. Over 3000 seats across 22 IITs will be filled using the scores. In addition, the scores are shared with other institutions-including IISc, NITs, and IISERs-to fill an additional 2000 seats in various postgraduate programs.
The online IIT JAM 2026 registration will commence till October 12, 2025 starting today, September 5, 2025 via the official JAM Online Application Processing System (JOAPS) portal at; joaps.iitb.ac.in. Candidates interested in applying for M.Sc and Integrated M.Sc-PhD programs at IITs and IISc must complete their application form through the portal. - For the signature, you must sign horizontally with a black or dark blue pen inside a 2 cm x 7 cm box on white paper. The signature must not be in all capital letters or initials. The scanned JPG/JPEG file should have a size between 50 kB and 150 kB and a resolution between 80x280 and 160x560 pixels.
