The application process for the 2026 BITS Pilani Board Toppers Admission Scheme, which offers direct entry to first-rank holders of state and central boards without the BITSAT exam, concludes on June 30, 2026.

Applicants under the Admission Scheme must finalize any necessary modifications to their submissions via the online edit window on July 5. To maintain strict academic standards, BITS Pilani will verify all applications directly with the respective education boards. Under the institute's strict policy, any errors, differences, or false information found in the submitted rank certificates will lead to immediate cancellation of the application, and the university may take legal action.

BITS Pilani: Eligibility Criteria for Direct Admission

The direct admission channel is exclusively reserved for students who have secured the First Rank (Board Topper) in their respective aggregate Class 12 board examinations. The intake rules are split explicitly by stream:

PCM Stream Toppers: The first rank holder from the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics track will be considered for direct admission to all integrated First Degree courses across BITS campuses, including core engineering (B.E.) and integrated Master of Science (M.Sc.) tracks.
PCB Stream Toppers: The first rank holder from the Physics, Chemistry, and Biology track will be considered for admission exclusively into three specific programs:
- Pharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
- E. Environmental and Sustainability Engineering
- Sc. Biological Sciences

Step 3: Enter your subject-wise marks, select your specific State Board Code, and upload high-resolution, scanned copies of your official Class 12 marksheet alongside the Rank-1 certificate issued by your board's governing body.
Step 4: Submit the required admission processing fee online and lock your campus and program preferences to complete the verification cycle.
