Earlier, DME, Assam, has released Assam NEET PG 2025 counselling merit list, 3,035 eligible candidates qualified to participate in the upcoming counselling process. Check revised counselling schedule and details below.

Assam NEET PG 2025 round 1 counselling dates have been rescheduled. The registration process starts today, November 19, 2025, and will continue until November 20, 2025. You can fill your choices from November 21 to November 23, 2025. The choice locking process will be held on November 23, 2025, from 04:00 PM to 11:55 PM.

Assam NEET PG 2025 seat allotment result will be declared on November 27, 2025. You must report to allotted institutes between December 02 and December 03, 2025. Initially, the registration was held from November 06 to November 10, 2025. However, it was paused due to the extension of choice filling in NEET PG 2025 All India Quota counselling.

Assam NEET PG counselling 2025 will be held to fill 50% of the State Quota seats for MD and MS courses offered by government medical colleges across Assam. According to the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam, only those candidates who have appeared for NEET PG 2025, conducted by National Board of Examinations (NBE), New Delhi, and have secured required cut-off percentile, will be eligible to take part in the online counselling process.

You must keep these following documents ready during the counselling process of Assam NEET PG 2025:

• MBBS Passing Certificate
• NEET PG Admit Card
• NEET PG Result
• Two Passport-Size Photographs
• MBBS 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Year Marksheets
• Medical Council Registration Certificate
• Internship Completion Certificate
• Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Passport)

UP NEET PG 2025 counselling will be conducted in four rounds, allocating 85% state quota seats based on choices, NEET scores, and reservations. The remaining 15% All India Quota seats will be managed by MCC.

UP NEET PG 2025 counselling dates have been officially released on the state’s exam portal, upneet.gov.in. You can begin round 1 registration process from November 06, 2025. To participate in the seat allocation, you must register online and submit your preferred choices of colleges and courses. The deadline for application submission is October 10, 2025. If you have qualified NEET PG 2025 exam and meet the minimum cutoff criteria, you are eligible to take part in Uttar Pradesh NEET PG counselling process.
