Ensure they have downloaded your AIBE admit card 2025 from the official website with all the carrying all your correct details. Early reporting is mandatory on the examination day. Take your admit card along with a Govt-issued Photo ID proof. A PwD candidate of over 40% disability is eligible to receive extra time upon presenting a valid disability certificate to the invigilator.

Candidates seeking disability support for AIBE XX exam must complete two mandatory forms. First - a Medical Certificate Requirement must be obtained, which is a Certificate for Recommendation of Scribe/Compensatory Time. This document must be officially signed by the medical authority of a Government Hospital and certifies the candidate's disability. Second - a Letter of Undertaking confirming the name and qualification of the chosen scribe/reader/lab assistant and declaring that there is no conflict of interest. The candidate who signs this will forfeit their academic seat/position if the scribe's qualifications are later found to be higher than allowed. The undertaking requires the candidate's signature, with a counter-signature from a parent/guardian if the candidate is below 18 years.

Scribe QualificationScribe QualificationThe scribe's qualification must be a minimum of two and a maximum of three academic years below the candidate's minimum qualification for the exam. For specific disabilities (blindness, locomotor, cerebral palsy), the scribe should preferably be a Class 10th or 12th student (not from humanities with Political Science/Legal Studies) and carry proof of identity.
Medical CertificationOfficial Certificate Required for Other DisabilitiesFor all specified disabilities other than blindness, locomotor (both arms affected), and cerebral palsy, a certificate from a Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon is required, stating that a functional limitation prevents the candidate from writing and that a scribe is essential.
Conduct & SanctionsProvisional Candidature, Cheating ConsequencesCandidature is provisional and dependent on eligibility. One found cheating or using unfair means will ordinarily be debarred from taking the exam.
