Ensure they have downloaded your AIBE admit card 2025 from the official website with all the carrying all your correct details. Early reporting is mandatory on the examination day. Take your admit card along with a Govt-issued Photo ID proof. A PwD candidate of over 40% disability is eligible to receive extra time upon presenting a valid disability certificate to the invigilator.

Candidates seeking disability support for AIBE XX exam must complete two mandatory forms. First - a Medical Certificate Requirement must be obtained, which is a Certificate for Recommendation of Scribe/Compensatory Time. This document must be officially signed by the medical authority of a Government Hospital and certifies the candidate's disability. Second - a Letter of Undertaking confirming the name and qualification of the chosen scribe/reader/lab assistant and declaring that there is no conflict of interest. The candidate who signs this will forfeit their academic seat/position if the scribe's qualifications are later found to be higher than allowed. The undertaking requires the candidate's signature, with a counter-signature from a parent/guardian if the candidate is below 18 years.

AIBE XX 2025: Key Instructions and Disability Assistance Guidelines

The official guidelines for AIBE XX are crucial for all, establishing the protocol for exam day entry, permitted materials, code of conduct and specific rules for disability assistance. Check here:

Mandatory Requirements	Admit Card, ID Essential for Entry	Carry your Admit Card and a Government-issued Photo ID to the centre. Entry is strictly denied without them.
Arrival & Entry Deadline	Report Early	Visit the centre the day before and must report by 11:30 AM on the exam day. After 1:15 PM entry is strictly prohibited.
Allowed Materials	Allowed and Non-allowed Acts	Only BARE ACTS (without notes and comments) are allowed inside. Mobile phones, smartwatches, bags, calculators and other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited. Possession of unauthorized material will lead to disqualification.
Exam Discipline	Exit, Ink Specification	You are not allowed to leave the hall before the exam concludes. All OMR markings must be made with a Blue/Black Ball Point Pen. Use of a pencil will result disqualification.
OMR Accuracy	OMR Details Must Be Flawless to Avoid Rejection	Correctly fill in the Question Booklet Set Code, Roll Number and all other required information on the OMR sheet. Errors or omissions will lead to the direct rejection of the answer sheet.
Disability Assistance	Extra Time, Scribe Rules Updated	Candidates with more than 40% disability will receive 20 minutes of extra time per hour upon submitting a certified disability certificate. Scribes are permitted as per revised guidelines dated 1.9.2025 and must be arranged and paid for by the candidate.
Scribe Qualification	Scribe Qualification	The scribe's qualification must be a minimum of two and a maximum of three academic years below the candidate's minimum qualification for the exam. For specific disabilities (blindness, locomotor, cerebral palsy), the scribe should preferably be a Class 10th or 12th student (not from humanities with Political Science/Legal Studies) and carry proof of identity.
Medical Certification	Official Certificate Required for Other Disabilities	For all specified disabilities other than blindness, locomotor (both arms affected), and cerebral palsy, a certificate from a Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon is required, stating that a functional limitation prevents the candidate from writing and that a scribe is essential.
Conduct & Sanctions	Provisional Candidature, Cheating Consequences	Candidature is provisional and dependent on eligibility. One found cheating or using unfair means will ordinarily be debarred from taking the exam.
