• For Engineering students, They require Postgraduate scores for PhD in Engineering. 

• For MS and M.Tech programs they need 10 + 2 + 5 year scores. 

• 10 + 2 + 5 year Integrated. M.Sc. (Biotech) in Non - Engineering can apply. 

For Ph.D Course

Aspiring candidates who have a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or a 6.5 CGPA or any equivalent qualifications can appear for the Vellore Institute of Technology Research Entrance Examination (VITREE).

 

For Direct Ph.D. Course

Aspiring candidates who have a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with a minimum aggregate of 75% marks or a 7.5 CGPA or equivalent qualifications can appear for the Vellore Institute of Technology Research Entrance Examination (VITREE).
