The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has issued a critical advisory for all aspirants preparing for the NEET PG 2026 examination, urging them to remain vigilant against cyber threats, identity theft, and fraudulent third-party agencies.

To safeguard the integrity of the application process, the NBEMS Board strictly advises candidates to rely exclusively on the official portal for all exam-related information, dates, and updates, and to refrain from sharing sensitive login credentials, OTPs, or personal documents with any unauthorized sources.

The NEET PG 2026 exam format has changed, and there are now 180 multiple-choice questions instead of 200. The registration window is open, so all applicants should finish their forms well before the July 21, 2026 deadline. Check all details carefully to avoid mistakes before submitting your application.

Cyber Fraud Advisory: NEET PG 2026

To prevent fraud and identity theft during your NEET PG registration, never share these sensitive details with coaching centers, third-party agencies, or unknown individuals:

  • Login & Authentication: Your NEET PG 2026 password, Login ID, and OTPs.
  • Official Documents: Your admit card, scorecard, or [Aadhaar Redacted]/identity documents.
  • Application Info: Any private application credentials.

Single NEET PG 2026 Application Per Student

The Board has reiterated the strict "One Candidate, One Application" rule. Candidates must ensure their application is complete and accurate upon submission.

  • Rule: You must submit only one application form.
  • Multiple Submissions: If you submit more than one, only the latest application may be considered.
  • Consequences: Earlier applications will be rejected.
  • No Refunds: Fees paid for rejected or cancelled NEET (PG) applications will not be refunded.

NBEMS NEET PG 2026: Unfair Means Cases (UMC)

NBEMS strictly prohibits all forms of exam malpractice to ensure fairness. Prohibited activities include:

  • Malpractice: Impersonation, seat swapping, cheating, peeping, or leaking question papers.
  • Unauthorized Items: Using electronic devices (e.g., spy glasses, mobile phones) or submitting forged documents.

Consequences: Any UMC violation will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature, permanent debarment from future exams, and potential criminal investigation by police or the CBI.
