B.Tech in Biotechnology is a four - year Undergraduate course that comprises Applied Biology and Chemical Engineering Principles that considers the use of living organisms in Medicine, Technology and in Engineering. B.Tech in Biotechnology is a combination on chemical engineering and applied biology that deals with the functions of living things.

 

The minimum eligibility for the admission to this course is minimum 55% marks in the 12th class with the subjects like Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics. 

 

Some of the entrance tests required for this course are : KCET, JEE Main, WBJEE and JEE Advanced. 

 

The average course fee is from INR 25,000 to INR 7,00,000. After completing the course, Students can get salary from INR 5,00,000 to INR 7,00,000 and with experience they can get  INR 15,00,000 per year.
