KIIT School of Management (KSOM) was established in 1993. KSOM has been awarded NAAC Accreditation in "A++" grade and has been approved by the AICTE. KIIT is also the youngest institute in India to be declared a University by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. Outlook-ICARE has ranked KSOM as the 11th best private B school in India in 2024. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD courses.

KSOM offers its 2-year flagship, MBA. Applicants are required to have at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university. The selection criteria are based on valid KIITEE Management/ KIITEE/ CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ GMAT entrance scores along with Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI) and Writing Ability Test (WAT). The total MBA fee is INR 13.90 Lakh.

During KSOM Placements 2024, the highest international package was recorded at INR 18 Lacs, while the highest domestic package was INR 19 Lacs, and the average package was INR 9 Lacs. Some of the top recruiters are Deloitte, EY, PWC, KPMG, Amazon, Nielsen IQ, Juspay Technologies, Salesforce, Peoplestrong, FactSet, GE Research, Cadence Design System and more.
