UGC NET December 2025: Documents Required for Exam Day

Carry all the following documents to the examination center on your exam day:

A printed copy of your UGC NET December 2025 Admit Card.
1 original valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN Card, Passport, Voter or Driving License ID).
1/2 passport-size photo (same as uploaded during the application) to be pasted on the attendance sheet.

Essential Requirements & Timings
Shift 1 Timings	Reporting: 7:30 AM
Shift 2 Timings	Reporting: 1:30 PM
Arrival Policy	For Biometric Verification reach the venue 90 minutes early. No entry is permitted after the gate closes.
Dress Code & Prohibited Items
Permitted Clothing	Light, simple clothes with half-sleeves; open footwear (sandals/slippers).
Banned Clothing	Shoes with thick soles, clothes with large buttons, embroidery, or multiple pockets.
Banned Items	Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, bags, wallets and any jewelry or metallic items.
Stationery/Food	Only a transparent ballpoint pen is allowed. No food or water (except for documented medical needs).
