KEA has confirmed a 4-5 day delay in announcing KCET 2025 result. This postponement occurred because approximately 10,000 candidates submitted incorrect registration or roll number details during the application process. To ensure fairness, out-of-state and other board applicants were given a dedicated portal to submit marks, followed by thorough verification before rank allocation.

Additionally, KEA reopened KCET marks submission portal on May 26, 2025, allowing 2nd PUC candidates with pending KCET ranks to upload their result. This measure aimed to accommodate students who missed earlier deadlines, ensuring all eligible candidates receive their rightful ranks.
