If you registered between October 17 and November 24, 2025 then review and edit (if needed) your forms. You are specifically allowed to edit specific fields. The test centre will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. The NTA trying to assign the center in the candidate's first city of preference, making the ordering of city choices critical.
The CMAT 2026 exam is likely to be held in the third week of January 2026, with the official exam date announcement expected in December 2025. Admit cards will be released 2-3 days before the examination date.
How to Make Corrections to Your CMAT 2026 Application Form?
Correct your CMAT 2026 application form by following these steps:
- Step 1: Visit the official CMAT website at cmat.nta.nic.in or exams.nta.ac.in/CMAT/.
- Step 2: Click on "Registration/Login" or "Application Form Correction - CMAT 2026" link on the homepage.
- Step 3: Log in using your credentials.
- Step 4: The application form will be displayed. Make the necessary corrections in the allowed fields.
- Step 5: After making changes, click on "Submit" and download the confirmation page for your records.

CMAT 2026 Application: Editable vs. Non-Editable Fields
Only certain fields are editable during this one-time correction period for CMAT 2026:
Editable Fields:
- Your name (minor spelling changes)
- Parent's names
- DOB
- Gender
- Category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
- Address details
- Academic details
- Uploaded photograph and signature
- Choice of exam cities
Non-Editable Fields:
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Permanent/Present address details
- Aadhaar number
There is no separate fee charged to use the CMAT 2026 application correction window. However, if you change your category resulting in a higher application fee than what you originally paid, an additional required amount needs to be paid online. This specific pay is needed to successfully complete and save corrections. The original application fees were:
