The official scorecards for both UCEED and CEED 2026 are now available for download. Candidates can access their results directly through the official portals by logging in with registered email ID and password. This document is essential for the upcoming admission and counseling phases. The results were officially declared for the UCEED and CEED 2026 already.
IIT Bombay already officially released the Part-A qualifying cutoff for CEED and UCEED 2026. The official CEED and UCEED 2026 Final Answer Keys for Part A are released on January 28, 2026. Check out the marks below. For CEED 2026, the average score (Mean) is 39.35 with a variation (Standard Deviation) of 16.89, making the General category cutoff 47.80. UCEED 2026 has a higher average of 70.86 and a variation of 25.77, resulting in a General cutoff of 83.75. These cutoffs are vital because only those who clear the Part-A cutoff will have their Part-B evaluated and receive an All India Rank (AIR). Check out the final answer keys and question papers here.
You should aim for much higher total scores (like 200+ in UCEED) to secure a seat in top IITs. UCEED 2026 and CEED results are scheduled to be officially available for download starting March 10, 2026, and will stay valid for one year for admissions to institutes like IITs, IISc and IIITDM.

- Step 2: Click on the "Candidate Portal" or the result link.

CEED/UCEED Candidate Portal
Recent updates for CEED and UCEED 2026 highlighted that Tezpur University (Assam) and DPU Dr. D. Y. Patil School of Design (Pune) have recently joined the CEED and UCEED 2026 result-sharing network. Both institutions will now accept CEED scores for their M.Des programmes and UCEED scores for their B.Des programmes for the 2026–2027 academic year. These institutes utilize these scores for admission, neither participates in the centralized Joint Admission Process conducted by IIT Bombay.

UCEED calculates the final merit based on the total sum of both parts. CEED uses a weighted formula of 25% from Part A and 75% from Part B. IIT Bombay applies a "double-blind" review. If two scores differ by <= 20%, they are averaged. A third examiner intervenes if the score is > 20% and the final grade is the average of the two closest scores.
