CBSE is expected to release the Class 10 Second Board (May Session) results 2026 shortly. Keep your roll number, school number, and admit card ID handy to check it. Instead of getting two separate documents, you will now receive one single Marksheet in this dual exam policy.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is to announce the Class 10 Second Board (May Session) results for 2026. All CBSE students can access their scores through the official websites; cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.gov.in. Under the current dual-board examination framework, CBSE will issue a consolidated marksheet-cum-passing certificate. This official document combines your final marks and your passing certificate into one easy-to-use form. It is designed to be more convenient for both digital storage and physical records, making it easier for you to keep track of your academic achievements.

You do not need to calculate your final marks or notify the board of your preferences, as the CBSE automated system handles the process for you. The board's computer system automatically compares the scores you achieved in both your first and second board examinations for every subject. It then selects the higher of the two scores for each, ensuring that the best result is retained and printed as your final mark on your single, consolidated marksheet.

This replaces the old system of giving out two separate certificates. Now, you get one consolidated document, which makes it much easier to store and verify your records through DigiLocker. Once the results are announced, you can download your digital certificate right away, and your school will provide the original printed copy later.
