This year, approximately 24.12 lakh students took the CBSE 2025 class 10 exams across 84 subjects, while 17.88 lakh students registered for the class 12 exams, which covered 120 subjects.

Kolkata: CBSE will soon declare CBSE class 10 and 12 result 2025 on its official websites. Students need their admit card details including roll number, date of birth, school number, and center number to access and download their digital marksheet online.
CBSE has successfully conducted the CBSE class 10 and class 12 board exams, which were conducted from February 15 to April 04, 2025.
In the 2024-25 academic session, approximately 42 lakh students appeared for the CBSE board exam 2025. Several state boards are already announcing their CBSE Board 10th, 12results, students are eagerly awaiting CBSE 2025 result declaration.
When Will CBSE Board 10th, 12th Result 2025 be Declared?
CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 board results for 2025 are expected to be declared in mid-May 2025, following the board's usual timeline. Historically, CBSE releases the CBSE class 10 and class 12 results on the same day.
Once announced, students can check their scores on the official CBSE websites, cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in, results.cbse.nic.in
Over the past three years, results of CBSE class 12 exam have mostly been declared in mid-May. CBSE 2024 results announced on May 13, 2024, and CBSE 2023 results on May 12, 2025. The only exception was 2022, when results were delayed till July 22, 2022, due to pandemic-related disruptions.
In 2024, out of 16.8 lakh registered students, 16.6 lakh appeared for the CBSE exam. Among these examinees, 14.5 lakh successfully cleared the exam with a pass percentage of 87.33%. Notably, Trivandrum emerged as the top-performing region, achieving an outstanding 99.91% pass rate.
How to Check CBSE Board 10th, 12th Result 2025?
CBSE Class 10, 12 results 2025 can be checked online through the official CBSE websites, cbseresults.nic.in, results.cbse.nic.in, and cbse.gov.in once it is released. The results may also be available via the DigiLocker app or through SMS services.
Applicants must follow these steps to check their CBSE Class 10, 12 results 2025 through the official website:
- Step 1: Visit official CBSE result portals.
