About Karnataka PGCET Examination

The Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) is a state-level entrance exam administered by the KEA for admission into postgraduate courses. It takes place once annually, generally in July or August. Qualified candidates can get admission in various disciplines such as Technology, Engineering, Architecture etc.
Before applying for the Karnataka PGCET 2024, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria, including the educational qualifying and admission requisites. If candidates do not meet the eligibility criteria, then KEA will not allow them to participate in the counselling round even after qualifying for the PGCET exam.

• The application fee for General and OBC candidates to participate in the Karnataka PGCET 2024 is set to INR 650/-.
