IBSAT Notification 2025 has been officially released by ICFAI Business School for admission to MBA/PGPM programs across its nine campuses. The application process began on July 1, 2025, and will remain open until the third week of December 2025. The IBSAT 2025 exam is set to be held on December 27 and 28, 2025, in an online computer-based format. Results are expected in the first week of January 2026, followed by selection briefings in 70+ cities during the second and third weeks of January. The final selection process, including Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI), will take place from the second week of February 2026 at IBS Hyderabad. Candidates with valid GMAT, CAT, NMAT by GMAC, or XAT scores are exempted from taking the IBSAT exam.

IBSAT Eligibility Criteria 2025
Candidates applying for IBSAT 2025 must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks, with English as the medium of instruction. They should have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 format). Applicants not meeting the English-medium requirement must submit a valid TOEFL, NELT, or IELTS score by May 31, 2026. Final-year students are also eligible to apply, provided they complete all graduation requirements before the same date.

IBSAT 2025 Admission Process
IBSAT 2025 is an online aptitude test conducted by the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (a deemed-to-be University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956) for candidates seeking admission into the MBA and PhD programs at IBS Hyderabad and IBS Bengaluru.
The exam is held in a computer-based format (CBT) and spans 2 hours, consisting of multiple-choice questions. It assesses candidates' skills in quantitative techniques, data interpretation and adequacy, vocabulary, analytical reasoning, and reading comprehension.
