VIT Vellore fees for 4 years BTech course ranges from INR 1.76 Lakhs to INR 1.98 Lakhs depending on the specializations. BTech course is divided into two groups, Group A and Group B, based on the specializations at VIT Vellore campus. • VIT Vellore fees of Group A for the BTech course range from INR 1.73 Lakhs to INR 3.95 Lakhs.
• However, after adding a onetime refundable deposit of INR 3K, the BTech fee of Group A ranges from INR 1.76 Lakhs to INR 3.98 Lakhs.
• For Group B, the BTech fees range from INR 1.95 Lakhs to INR 4.90 Lakhs excluding INR 3K onetime deposit fee.

VIT Vellore also offers UG, PG, and PhD courses with various specializations. For VIT Vellore PhD, candidates need to pay INR 43K including the deposit fee for Internal Full-Time [IFT] PhD course. VIT Vellore PhD Fees

VIT Vellore offers two types of PhD courses, the first is the PhD program for non-engineering students and the second is the Direct PhD for Engineering students.

VIT Vellore campus offers Internal Full-Time [IFT] category of PhD with the tuition fee of INR 40K and onetime caution deposit of INR 3K. So, a candidate needs to pay a total fee of INR 43K at the time of admission. However, they need to pay INR 10K as a thesis fee at the time of submission.

PhD admission is at VIT Vellore based on the scores received in VITREE examinations. The final selection is made after considering the marks of the Personal Interview round.
