XIM University Scholarships
XIM University scholarships are available to students who:
- Have completed their 10+2 Board Examinations.
- Have applied and been admitted to an undergraduate program at XIM University in the 2024–25 academic session.

| Category B – SC, ST, Economically Backward/Minority | SC/ST/EBW/Minority students; Family income ≤ ₹2,50,000 per annum. | 30% of tuition fee for the 1st year; continued in subsequent years with CGPA ≥ 7.5. |
| Category C – Merit Scholarship for Topper of Batch | The student with the highest CGPA in the respective undergraduate program. | 30% of tuition fee for the following academic year. |

XIM University Scholarship Revocation

- Student takes up another course without permission.
- Another external scholarship is availed.
- Attendance or conduct is unsatisfactory.
- Students must refund the scholarship amount in case of policy violation. Once revoked, the scholarship will not be reinstated.
