ITM University Scholarship 2026: Eligibility, Selection Process & Benefits

ITM University Gwalior offers scholarships to both UG and PG students. These scholarships are awarded based on academic performance, sports achievements, early admissions (first come first service), alumni, and merit. The primary aim of these scholarships is to make quality education accessible to all deserving and hardworking students, regardless of any financial constraints. The three main scholarships offered by the ITM University are:

• Entry Level Scholarship
• Entry/ Subsequent Level Scholarship
• Subsequent Level Scholarship

ITM University Entry Level Scholarship

ITM University Gwalior grants entry level scholarships during admission. The scholarship is divided into three categories which includes Early Bird Scholarship, CUET Scholarship and ITM NEST Scholarship. Students fulfilling the eligibility criteria are offered up to 25% scholarship. Explore complete details about the scholarship highlighted below.

Early Bird Scholarship

This scholarship is offered to the students based on first come first service patterns and is available for the students of BTech, MBA, BBA, BCom, BSc, MCA, BCA, BA+B.Ed, BJMC, MAJMC, BPT, M.Des, BA LLB and BBA LLB. Scholarships on first-year course fees are awarded as per the schedule below:

CUET Scholarship

As the name suggests, this scholarship is available for students with valid scores in CUET. Through this scholarship, students can avail themselves of up to 10% of Full course fees for the first year.

ITMU Nest Scholarship

Under this scholarship scheme, 10% of the students who got admission in either of the programs through ITMU Nest will be granted a 10% scholarship by the university.

ITM University Entry/ Subsequent Level Scholarship

ITM Gwalior offers scholarships to students across its various schools, including School of Law, Computer Application, Journalism & Mass Communication and Arts and Design. Btech students are also eligible for scholarships based on their class 12 marks and JEE Main scores under this scheme. Explore more details in the lower section.

Note: For all the schools, Merit Scholarships will be awarded to only 20% of students of each course and branch on a merit basis, excluding those who have already received the early bird scholarship.

Humble Scholarship

ITM University has designed this scholarship especially for students with low family income. To be eligible for this scholarship, students are required to submit supporting documents like the Income certificate to the university. The scholarship amount that can be availed under this scheme is 15% of the course fees. To continue receiving the scholarship in subsequent years, a valid income certificate must be submitted annually.

Military & Paramilitary Scholarship

Students whose parents are currently serving in either Military or Paramilitary forces will be eligible for this scholarship. The scholarship amount is 10% of the course fees. To avail the scholarship, students must submit valid documents, such as service certificate

Note: Retired or ex-serviceman wards are not eligible for this scholarship.

Alumni Scholarship

Candidates who have passed any of the UG program from ITM University and are seeking to enroll in PG program will be offered a relaxation of INR 10,000/year under this scholarship scheme. In case the earring parent passes away during the terms of the course, then the student will be granted 50% relaxation of the course fees.

Staff Wards Scholarship

The employees of the ITM University can enjoy relaxation of fees of their wards, if they have enrolled in the university. The amount of scholarship will be decided by the HR.

Sibling Scholarship

Under this scholarship scheme, if two or more siblings are studying at ITM University, one of them will be offered a scholarship. But in case two siblings take admission to ITM University in the same year then both will be eligible for the scholarship. The total scholarship amount is 10% of the course fees per year.

ITM University Subsequent Level Scholarship

There are two categories under this scholarship, i.e. Chancellor Scholarship and Sports Scholarship. The scholarship details are showcased below.

Chancellor Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to the students annually based on their academic performance in the university examination. Students who achieve top positions can receive a scholarship of up to INR 20,000.

Captaim Roop Singh and PT Usha Sports Scholarship

This scholarship is specifically designed for students with a strong sports background and have participated in either national or international tournaments. The table below contains all the details.
