PES University offers admission to a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including BTech, MTech, BDes, B.Arch., M.Sc., MBA, MCom, and PhD degrees. Admission is based on performance in several entrance examinations, including JEE Main, CAT, KCET, PGCET, NEET, UCEED, DCET, MAT, and CMAT.

For the BTech Admissions, applicants must have completed their 10+2 education in the science stream with a minimum of 60% marks. Admission is determined through entrance exams, principally the JEE Main, along with PESU JEE Counseling.

For the MBA admissions, applicants must possess a graduation degree in a relevant discipline with at least 50% marks. Admission to the MBA courses is contingent upon performance in one of the following examinations: CAT, MAT, or CMAT, and candidates are required to undergo a Personal Interview as part of the admission process.
