The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued a formal warning to all individuals, content creators and social media platforms. The notice specifically restricts the analysis and discussion of question papers for upcoming exams such as the SSC CGL 2025, SSC CHSL 2025 and SSC MTS 2025.

This measure is being enforced under the new Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024. The SSC stated that any person found to be in violation of these rules will face severe penalties as outlined in the Act and other relevant laws.

The warning comes ahead of the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam, which is scheduled from September 12 to 26, 2025. The Commission noted that the practice of sharing question papers from ongoing or recently concluded exams on social media undermines the integrity of the examination process, prompting them to take this action.
