Medical Counselling Committee has officially extended NEET UG 2025 round 3 choice filling last date to October 13, 2025, till 11:59 PM due to addition of new seats. This latest extension indicates a further delay in declaration of round 3 seat allotment result. As per the revised schedule, you can now expect the result of NEET UG counselling 2025 to be declared on October 14, 2025, or later.

In a recent notice, MCC stated, “In view of addition of new seats, the competent authority has decided to extend the choice filling for Round-3 up to 11:59 PM of 13.10.2025.”

National Medical Commission has updated NEET UG 2025 seat matrix once again. As per the latest revision, 9,075 new MBBS seats have been added, while 456 seats have been removed due to ongoing court cases. For 2025-26 academic session, a total of 1,26,600 MBBS seats are now available across India. This revised seat matrix does not include seats from AIIMS and JIPMER.

• Step 1: Visit mcc.nic.in.
