The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations released updated KEAM 2025 rank list on July 10, 2025, bringing notable changes to this year's rankings. Joshua Jacob Thomas, a student from Kowdiar in Thiruvananthapuram, received Rank 1 in the Engineering stream, rising from Rank 5 in the initial results. Meanwhile, Hari Krishnan Baiju of Cherai, Alappuzha, retained his second rank, and Emil Iype Sacharia from Kudappanakunnu, Thiruvananthapuram, claimed the third spot. Adl Zayaan from Kozhikode maintained his fourth place standing. In a surprising shift, John Shinoj of Muvattupuzha, who previously received first rank, dropped to seventh place in the revised list.
