JEE Main 2026 Registration: Demo Link Down; When will Session 1 Registration Start?

JEE Main 2026 exam will be conducted in two sessions, in January and April with the specific dates to be announced shortly. The registration will be online soon.

National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially scrapped the JEE Main 2026 demo link. It was a site made for students to be familiar with the registration structure. JEE Main 2026 session 1 registration process soon. The application link for the JEE 2026 exam is to be activated exclusively at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Try to do an early registration to increase the chances of securing a preferred exam center.

Before applying, check and correct all official documents, particularly Aadhaar Card, Caste Certificate and UDID card, as NTA issued an advisory for the updating of these documents. Despite rumors, NTA has officially confirmed that you’ll be able to select preferred exam city choices during registration, clarifying that no official announcement has been made to the contrary.

The steps for JEE Main 2026 Registration are given here:

Step 1: Go to the official website: jeemain.nta.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the dedicated ‘JEE Main registration 2026’
Step 3: Register by providing your basic personal details.
Step 4: An application number will be generated upon successful initial registration.
Step 5: Log in again using the generated credentials and complete the detailed application form.

First-time applicants are required to register using their email ID, create a password and then proceed to fill in their personal and academic details. NTA will release clear, detailed instructions once the JEE Main 2026 application form is live.

Additionally, NTA releases the detailed JEE Main syllabus PDF along with the official information brochure available on the official website.
