GATE 2026 Result Out: Download Final Answer Key; Scorecard, AIR Qualifying Cutoff Marks at gate2026.iitg.ac.in

The Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG) officially released the GATE 2026 Result and the Final Answer Key for all 30 subjects. The national-level engineering entrance exam is held on February 7, 8, 14, or 15. This final version was finalized after a thorough review of all objections raised against the provisional key accessible via the GOAPS login portal.

The results are released on March 19, 2026, at 3 PM. Candidates who appeared for the national-level entrance exam can access their qualifying status and scores on the official website, gate2026.iitg.ac.in, by logging into the GOAPS portal with their enrollment ID and password.

While the status is accessible, the official scorecards will be available for download starting March 27, 2026. Your GATE 2026 result will display your marks (out of 100), your GATE Score (out of 1000), your All India Rank (AIR), and the qualifying marks for your specific paper. It is vital for students to secure a digital and physical copy of this scorecard, as it remains valid for three years and is a mandatory requirement for M.Tech admissions through CCMT and COAP, as well as for various PSU recruitment processes and PhD applications.
