CUET Counselling 2025: Know Dates, Schedule, Registration, Spot Admission and Top Colleges

CUET counselling process is a decentralized affair, meaning each university or a cluster of universities conducts its own admission process based on the CUET scores.

For CUET 2025 counselling there is no central counselling body, hence each participating institution or institute controls its own admissions procedure. After CUET 2025 result, expected in July, institutes will invite students based on their scores and ranks.

Some universities, including DU and BHU, are already accepting applications for UG admission 2025-26, with merit lists to follow individually. Major universities like DU, BHU, JNU, AMU, and Jamia will announce their CUET 2025 counselling dates post-result.

Last year, for CUET UG 2024, the results were declared around the end of June. Following this, the counselling registration processes by various central, state, and other participating universities generally began in the second week of July 2024, extending through multiple rounds. This timeline allowed students to register, fill their preferences, and participate in seat allocation based on their CUET scores.
