As per the new AIBE 20 Notification, the Bar Council of India has introduced a significant change: candidates must now pay INR 500 for each objection raised, a fee that was not previously required.

How to Object the AIBE 20 (XX) Provisional Answer Key 2025?

Steps to object to the AIBE 20 Provisional Answer Key are given below:

• Use your AIBE 20 registration credentials to access the portal.
• Specify the Question Number and Set Code for the challenged answer.
• Clearly give justification for why the provisional answer is incorrect.
• Crucially, attach scanned copies of supporting legal documents (textbook pages, case laws, statutes).
• Pay the required fee per objection.

Submitting Grievances Against AIBE 20 Provisional Answer Key

• Fee: The BCI does not charge any fee to raise objections against the provisional key, but candidates must be completely sure of their claims and provide proof.

AIBE 20 Answer Key 2025 Live: Mandatory Passing Marks/Cut-Off

To qualify for the AIBE 20 exam and receive the Certificate of Practice (CoP), candidates must meet the minimum qualifying percentage. Note that if the paper is later scored out of a number lower than 100 (due to deleted questions), the required marks will be adjusted, but the percentage remains constant:

• General/OBC Category: Must secure 45% of the total marks.
• SC/ST Category: Must secure 40% of the total marks.
