MBA (Pharma - Biotech) Admission Procedure

• Click on 'Admission Apply Here' from the right dashboard.
• Register in the 'One Campus Portal' of Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Executive MBA Eligibility

The Executive MBA eligibility criteria are:

• Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE/AIU-recognized institution with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% for reserved category candidates).
• A minimum of 2 years of managerial or executive-level work experience is required. Only experience gained after graduation results declaration and up to the first admission round will be considered.
• Managers and executives from private, public, and government sectors in and around Pune must provide supporting documents for their experience.
• Entrepreneurs with substantial business experience can apply if their business is officially registered under their name (as Proprietor, Partner, or Director), with relevant documentation as proof.

PUMBA PhD Admission 2026

The PhD admissions are conducted twice, and students should apply directly to the university. After the application, PUMBA releases a list of selected candidates eligible for interview. Then, applicants have to visit the campus with original documents for the interview. After interviews, the institute will release the final list of selected candidates.

PhD Eligibility

The eligibility parameters for PUMBA PhD are:

• Students must complete a 1-year or 2-year master's degree course in a relevant subject with at least 55% marks.
• Candidates with an MPhil degree with 55% marks can also apply.

PhD Application Procedure

The application process for the PUMBA PhD is:

• Students must apply after qualifying the UGC/ CSIR NET/ GATE/ SRF/ ICAR/ ICMR/ DET/ DST/ CEED Note that students with/ without fellowship both can apply for PhD. Students without fellowship can apply with PET.
• Students with fellowship can apply in written to the research center at any time of the year.
• Then, the research center will conduct interviews based on vacancies and total applications received.
• After the interview and approval from concerned authorities, a candidate will be granted admission provisionally.
• Finally, students will be fully admitted after the approval of 'Research and Recognition Committee'.
• For admission with PET scores, the candidates have to discuss their research interest with their potential supervisor beforehand.
