IMT Hyderabad Facilities

The IMT Hyderabad campus, covering 30 acres, offers modern facilities and infrastructure for student development. It features a library, hostels, gym, cafeteria, cricket, football, basketball, lawn tennis, and indoor badminton courts. Modern classrooms are also available. Given below are IMT Hyderabad facilities.

• Computer Labs: IMT Hyderabad's Computational Resource Centre (CRC) is equipped with advanced computers, accessories, and software, offering 24/7 internet access and a dedicated 50 MBPS bandwidth, open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 8.30pm.
• Library: The Learning Resource Centre (LRC) houses a vast collection of books, magazines, journals, CDs, and electronic databases. With over 12,159 books and over 7310 titles, it subscribes to 47 national, 10 international, 21 business magazines, and 8 newspapers. It also has subscriptions to various electronic databases. Open Monday through Friday from 9am to 8pm.
• Medical Insurance: Exchange students at IMT Hyderabad are advised to have health insurance to ensure cashless healthcare in case of illness or accident, and to avoid financial hardships. Although it is not mandatory, it is always safe to have such coverage.
• Medical Facilities: The institute has a medical center on campus, open daily from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm, 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday, and from 8:00 am to 9:30 am on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Residence: IMT Hyderabad's post graduate programs are fully residential, requiring students to stay on campus for the duration of their course. Separate hostels are available for men and women, equipped with basic amenities like cots, tables, chairs, cupboards, and fans. An Internet connection is provided, but students are required to bring their own pillows, mattresses, and linen. Bathroom and toilet facilities are shared among students on a particular floor.
• Canteen/Cafeteria: The institute offers a common dining hall with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food served four times a day, a mix of north and south Indian cuisines, and a cafeteria serving tea, coffee, soda, juices, crisps, chips, and snacks. The meals in the dining hall are free, but purchases must be made in the cafeteria, open from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Other Facilities: The campus also includes an auditorium, amphitheater, medical center, Wi-Fi, bank, and ATM. The institute also has modern IT infrastructure for students and faculty members. These facilities contribute to the overall campus experience.
