BITSoM Placements 2026: Highest Package, Average Salary & ROI

BITSoM Placement Report for 2025 has not been released yet. However, the final placement report for the founding MBA batch of 2024 is out. A total of 122 students are placed in the class. The highest package is INR 50 LPA, and the average stands at INR 23.41 LPA. General Management/Strategy is the top domain, with 28% of students placed. Around 77% of the students placed receive offers with a CTC of INR 20 LPA or more. Key recruiters include KPMG, PwC, BCG, EY, ICICI Bank, JP Morgan, ZAPCON, VI, and Flipkart.
