BITS Hyderabad offers various scholarships to its needy and meritorious students.
| Scholarships | Details | |
| 1. | BITSAT Hyderabad Scholarship | This is a merit cum - need - based grant that waives of 25% of Tuition fee and offered to two scholarships from each semester. |
| 2. | BITS Scholarship Endowment Fund | This is offered to financially backward students. This is offered as a fixed deposit, and the interest is given as the grant. |
| 3. | Zero percent loan scholarship | This is given for the academic purposes: such as competitions, seminars, conferences, paper publication and Undergraduate studies. |
| 4. | Merit-cum-need scholarships | This grant is given to 3% students where 80% of the tuition fee is waived off. This requires a minimum 6.0 CGPA. |
| 5. | Other Scholarships | There are other scholarships offered at the college, such as: Scholarships for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe students by the Government of India. Scholarships from various charitable trusts. PhD and higher degree students can get fellowships and scholarships from various sources such as, ICMR, DBT, DST, CSIR and UGC. Other than that, there are scholarships under National Science Talent Search Schemes. Government of India National Scholarships, State government conducted Need-cum-Merit Scholarships, Merit-cum-need Scholarships and Merit Scholarships. National Scholarships to the children of Primary and Secondary School teachers. Financial assistance from Students Aid Fund and many more. |
